Treat every property move like due diligence.
Verify the identity of the agent or owner before you share personal details. Ask for business details, confirm listing ownership, and look for consistency across photos, pricing, and location.
Meet in public or at the property during daylight where possible. If a seller or agent keeps changing the meeting point, rushing you, or asking you to come alone, step back.
Never transfer funds without signed documentation. Deposits, booking fees, and rent should only move after the paperwork is clear, names match, and you understand what the payment secures.
nyuSpace is not a party to private or offline transactions, so the safest move is always to verify first, document everything, and slow the process down when pressure shows up.
